DIY flower arrangement

Here's a neat trick for arranging your flowers in wide-mouthed bowls... tape.

By creating a lattice pattern all your flowers stay right where you put them, best of all you can't even see the tape.

I went for a walk this weekend and snipped some blooms from forsythia and another flowering tree that I don't know the name of.  To help the stems take water, take pliers and pinch the ends of the stem.
